When one does an upgrade, but tries to keep the same mobile number, does it always have to be such a mission?
I performed an upgrade on the 07/06/2013, and was informed by the wonderful assistant that helped me, that it would take approximately 24hours for the simm swop to be moved over to the upgraded mobile phone.
24hours later, that didn't happen. so I called the help line and the gentleman that took my call made me hold on the line for more than half an hour. So I dropped that call and called again and was promptly assisted by a young lady who swore to call me back before she finishes her shift, as she could not assist me with the swop.
She called me the next morning on the old phone.
Nashua Mobile then promptly sent me a text wanting to rate the service... my simm swop had not been done!
I then went to a Nashua Mobile Branch and the wonderful assistant helped me. The simm swop STILL Has not happened and it's been about a week...
This is the kind of service that this company provides and they are telling me the customer that it's the network. What a load of hogwash. I have a contract with them and who provides the service has got nothing to do with me.
