My samsung S4 is barely 3 months old and the phone is already broken. The phone reboots often and has poor network connectivity (my wife sits next to me on her iphone and she is on the internet whilst I cant connect). I took it in for repairs at the Cell C shop on the 29th October and up until now I still dont have a phone. Why doesnt Cell C stock S4 batteries? And why would a 3 months old top of the range smart phone break within 3 months?
I'm really beggining to think I made the worst decision when I chose Samsung because I never had such issues with a new Nokia or Blackberry.
For the past 2 weeks I dont have twitter, no facebook, no emails and I cant catch up on the latest news on my RSS feeds. I cant even enjoy my favorite excersise apps.
I feel cheated by Samsung and Cell C
