3G network failure

For the passed few months Vodacom's 3G network In Port Alfred has been giving me and many people I know huge problems. All our devices have full 3G connection but when it comes to going online the first page is shown and then no more data is transferred and web pages don't load and the same with communication, calls being dropped, sms' not being delivered, Whatsapp messages taking hours to send etc... "apparently" Port Alfred's Vodacom tower in not strong enough to handle the rapped growth of the town's population with new 3G users everyday... or so I've been told by the local Vodashop staff... during big holidays like the December holidays IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to use the 3G, as masses of holiday makers flock to Port Alfred... This happens every year and as a paying customer I feel that I should not have to put up with this so either major upgrades need to be done to the existing tower or another tower needs to be built. I do believe that I am not the only one that feels this way.
