I have moved to a small holding close to Cullinan about a year ago. The service in the area was not good. So after reporting the problem to vodacom a number of times, I was eventualy told they are in the process of getting a new tower in the eara. Now thats great but they can only say the tower will be up and running in 2014/2015.
Now I have the problem now, some days we have no service in the area, my old dailup connection years ago from Telkom was faster!
Now my question is, does vodacom wait until a tower is so overloaded and after getting complaints before they decide to put up a new tower?
I'm sure they have softeware that can indicate to them if there is problems.
I still need to pay them on time every month - the full months payment, but I dont get the service from Vodacom that I pay for.
I can not cancel my contract, have to pay in to do that.
So what to do now?
