Cell C
Still ignoring my requests for a statement

I have been trying for well over two weeks for Cell-C to answer two questions:

1) Confirmation of receipt of payments made to you.

2) Details of an account and reference to make further payments.

I am fully aware that the account is cancelled and with legal - I put a stop order on my debit order when you failed to honour the insurance policy I had on my mobile.

But you should still be able to answer two easy little questions.
