27th I did an up-grade for a new handset, 2 weeks went passed with no delivery, tried to call the call center with no joy - had to post a complaint here on Hello Peter just to get a reponce that they have no stock but they will find out from the supplier and call me back with a delivery date - I am still waiting - 3 e-mails to virgin and they just dont respond - I am so dissapointed in this service I am seriously considdering cancelling the contract and moving to a better service provider... how difficult is it to keep you customers informed when they request clarity???
