Telkom has been double billing me for almost 4 yrs. 2 mnths ago i called the Telkom Accts dept to report that i have been double billed for those yrs & asked for copies of my statements. They evetualy cancelled the old line and said that they would refund me the money. To date this still hasnt been done. i havent received the statements nor the refund. Today i received my latest statement & i have a cr balance of R2, 406.75 CR... i am tired of calling for this refund. They are not customer friendly. Had my acct been in R500 arrears, they wud b quick to suspend the line, bt drag their feet to refund the extra money paid...
