No Feedback as promised

On 03.06.2013 I phoned Virgin Mobile regarding my account with them. I have to phone them constantly as i am not receiving my statements. I was told that they are migrating to a new system and there for the statements are not available as yet. It is the 6th of the month already and I see this as poor poor service delivery. Secondly I had a query regarding my airtime and sms balances on my account. Same thing: New system, can not assist me as they need to request it from I don't know where. Promised to phone me, 2 days down the line still no feedback except for my sms that is now less that what it was before I made the call.
Please Please Please assist me. Virgin Mobile is the WORST network when it comes to service delivery. I can not wait for the day when I can move my account to another service provider.
