Problem with brand new Samsung S4 (R8000 phone) after just 7 Days! Phoned call centre a few times without success and last time was today @ 14:40 . Was then transferred to Cell C direct and then had to wait 22 min and 15 seconds! Eventually had to end the call. This is totally unacceptable and my phone still not repaired!
