Being used to terrible service from most Cell C outlets, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Cell C in the Loch Logan Waterfront in Bloemfontein. The staff was friendly, helpful, competent and courteous.
Thank you to Henry Maritz who (quite literally) went out of his way to assist me. It was a wonderful experience to visit a store where the words "customer service" still mean something.
