Off to a very bad start in switching to Vodacom

Last week thursday i ordered a phone telephonically (which i was told they do have in stock). On monday nothing arrived. I left it until tuesday, phoned them and asked for an explanation on what happened to my phone that they promised. Out of the 5-6 persons i talked to from Tuesday to Wednesday None of them gave me the same story/ excuse. First there was no stock (even after she said there is on thursday), Second time: There was stock on monday and tuesday and i can call the courier to see how far they are. (obv phoned them and they have not received the package yet) Last time (where we are now, not even going to mention the rest because it went on like this for some time) : After checking the "stock updates" for the 3rd time he told me it has only been shipped somewhere during the week and they should receive the phone by thursday (then obviously i will wait forever once again before i receive this phone). Already starting to regret switching to vodacom and if this does not get sorted before the end of the week i will definitely be switching to MTN.
At least CellC had proper customer service (if you can manage to look past the fact that they have limited signal in some areas).
