My complaint started at your Riverwalk store. I requested the 2gig Tab package but when the new month upgraded, I only received 1 gig.the consultant never came back to me regarding the query so I decided to go back to her.she never bothered to phone and when I went there I asked wy the wrong contract was loaded, she said I must take it up with the consultant, but she is not working there anymore! I have been holding on 3 times a day for 3 days for 40 min phoning 808 and nobody answers.nobody wants to help me or give me answers.terrible service!
