Although I received a response from the previous complaint, I still do not have the answers I am looking for and am still sitting with a phone that I cannot use. It would be wonderful if a CONTRACTS MANAGER could contact me to sort my problem out.
I do not believe that I should be forced to keep a Phone and Contract for 2 years that really does not suit me and because the Sales Consultant failed to ask any relevant questions before selling me the phone and contract I now have. This phone has already cost me R2000 for the first five weeks, even though I was only able to use the phone for a total of 12 days.
I understand there are Terms and Conditions for purchasing, which I never received (only got an invoice), however, Customers should have the right to change the Phone and/or Contract when they have been sold the incorrect products.
