VERY POOR SERVICE

I applied for a Straight up 200 Contract for the Blackberry Z10, and it was subsequently approved. However I inquired with the consultant over email if I could get the White phone and she (Maahira Patel) said that she would make a note of it. Two weeks later the phone was delivered but it was the wrong colour (Black handset) so I arranged to have it collected to exchange it for the right colour. That same day i also found out that the consultant had loaded the incorrect package (she loaded a straight up 100). I then proceeded to contact Cell C about this to have changed and I also placed a Hello Peter complaint about it. A few hours after the Complaint was placed i received a phone call from a Sandros that he would go ahead and change the package for me. This Monday (6 May) i called the call centre again to find out what is going on, only to find out that the package was never changed. The new consultant then instructed me that she would contact head office about the package change and they would let me know within 24 to 48 hours, however still nothing has changed. Its been 1 MONTH SINCE I APPLIED FOR THE CONTRACT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO SORT OUT THIS SITUATION!!!
