Vodacom not up to standard

I have cancelled my vodacom account with them a month ago. and i have been contacted and said that the debit order will be stoped. and they wont deducy anymore money from my account. vodacom dont stick to thjere word and still deduct money from my account. its been stoped but they still do the wrong thing and, deduct money from me. i will not support vodacom at all theres no benifit for ther customer. so why use vodacom its a waist of time and a lot of money . vodacom dont care about there clients at all .plz stop deducting money from my account after its payed in full. south africa be aware, of this.
