I went for upgrade, the consultant expalined everything for 2hours. I asked which options I have for samsung and iphone. I decided to go with samsung as it is less expensive and fits my budget. The consultant even said to me to take the u choose package as i can always just top it up if needed! I asked for the large package. I then received an sms saying that my xl package has been activated. This is costing meR300 more. This is after i had to go back several times because of my phone not working. Turns out they never activated the sim swop.

Now the consultant and manager are denying everything and even saying i cant have the phone on the contract i requested, but she said i will pay R399 for the l package and then R156 extra for the phone which i agreed to. The manager is backing the consultant to the max saying she never would have said that to me. I contacted Natalie at tygervalley and still the situation has not been handled. I also just found out that because i did a premature upgrade i am still paying for my previous phone after being told there will be no additional costs.

This is also not the first situation of the sort that i am aware of. I am extremely upset!
