In early Dec 2012 I took a R99 2Gig micro sim contract with FNB for my iPad and a few days later Cell C delivered the sim. I called Cell C to activate the sim and all was fine up until 5 days ago when I realised that I no longer have date even though a debit order of about R115 had gone through my account around the 15th Jan 2013. I sent an email to Cell C customer for answers this monday and a consultant called me yesterday telling me that my data had and I had exceeded my 500 limit that I had over and above the 2Gig package that I applied for initially and I was owing now R388. Now this is confusing because even on my paperwork that I got from Cell C there is nothing that says my contract is an open contract, I took a 2Gig contract through FNB meaning that when the 2Gig data is finished my data will be finished BUT now Cell C on their side continues giving me data on their side without me knowing about this milking me more money for something I was not advised of. My conrtact clearly states 2Gig data per month for R99 NOT 2Gig and more. Now a debit order went off on my account this morning for R388 .20 and I want my money back. 2Gig per month for R99 is my contract nothing else.
