The most horrendous service
Just about mid-November last year 2012, I received an sms followed by a call from the Cell C client care centre informing me that my bill for a cell phone contract I had taken with them the previous month was at R2500, the "recommendation" was that I pay 50% of that amount at a given date. I complied with this and payed R1500 instead of the suggested amount. consiquently when I called to reinstate my line which was hence suspended, I requested the consultant I spoke with to impose a limit on my account of R1000, stating that I would not be able to pay anything more than this in the future. This was not done an has resulted in my accoutn being in arrears. Every time I speak to these consultants we end up arguing about the issue of the limit. I acknowledge the costs incurred but I would like to find out why they did not impose the limit as per my request and this ends up ugly all the time as these people refuse to listen to what I have to say. I never get feedback on any query I loge with Cell C, they merely close the investigation and theres no courtesy to let me in on the details nor the outcomes. I am outraged at this behaviour as I feel unvalued as a client.
