Billing query

After 10 years with MTN i moved to Cell C In October last year and when i opend the contract i set my monthly limit to R1209. In the month of November i paid R1201.00 and asked for an increase to R3000 per month as this was my avarage usage that i had over the 10 years with MTN. I discussed with the call centre agent that my limit should be capped and that was agreed. To my suprise in November i received a bill of R11536 and also was adviced that my January bill was R40365. I had series of meeting with Cell C in December and i was assured that because of the evidence of the voice recording that my january bill will be credited and that i will only pay R3000 as per my request. The pending issue that we had was the december invoice which after lenghthy discussion it was suggested that i should atleast pay half. To my suprise yesterday on the 21/01/13 i got an email from Cell C stating that i am liable to pay the full amount of the January Bill of R40365. I'm so tired with the i'm told at Cell C and by the changes in agreements as and when it suites them. i just want out of this contract
