I called Cell C more than 48 hours ago to increase my limit on my account.

I really do not see why it takes longer than 48 hours to increase a limit.
Its a very simple request and I am not asking for the impossible.
I am reliant on the line to make business calls from time to time. It is embarrassing and frustrating to find alternative ways to call people back just because it take a "service' provider forever to up my limit.
I just phoned the call center and for some reason the system according to the agent does not show that i want my limit increased. I used to be with cell c a few years ago and left because of this very same issue.
