Good Day,
I requested that my contract limit be set to not exceed the monthly contract limit. I was told that only on special request that the limit would be set to a minimum of R1 over the contract limit. I requested the limit to be set and was told that it could only to done on the 1st April as a limit could only be set once a month.
I now discovered that this was not done and a limit of R50 was in place which I used and have to pay for in my next billing circle.
I cannot get anyone to assist me to rectify this issue.
Please assist.
