Awaiting upgrade since 29 January 2013
It has been 5 months since we have applied for an upgrade to 4mb on our 2mb ADSL line. Mweb has passed the buck to Telkom, not responded to my queries. The only response we get is: they will see what the problem is and get back to us. I've not had any explanation why this is happening. We have moved our business from Telkom to Mweb as we were assured that we would get better service. It must have all been sales talk??? and now we are stuck in a contract and NOBODY is replying anymore??? The last communication I had was on the 13th of May 2013 stating: "I have logged a fault on the line to Telkom and will confirm as soon as I have more information." It's been nearly a month and no updates and no replies on my emails.
