On the 09/07 I called CellC requesting a limit on my open contract. I explained the reason for this request as my cellphone account has escalated to R900/R1000 every month and wanted to control this. I requested a R500 limit emphasising that I cannot allow this to sky rocket to R900 every month. This was done. I called again in towards the end of Aug/ beginning of Sept querying my account as it was sitting at R960 again. I was told that the limit would only come in to effect the following month. Again i emphasised that I need to make sure that my account does not exceed R500.00 and was assured that next month my account would be R500.00. Much to my dismay i discovered that my account was sitting at R960 again and this time i insisted on speaking to a manager, who for the fist time explained that the limit excl my contract fees. And this perturbed me as the previous 2 consultants didnt bother to listen to my request and explain this to me. I am responsible for my account but I feel they should also be, as I requested this on 2 occasions explaining in no uncertain terms what I wanted. Now it's my responsibility to remember dates and times for them to listen to recordings.
