Billing / Cancellation of Contracts

There has been a huge mistake, firstly taking the contracts out with Cellc. Good thing i have let family and friends know.

I sent a termination letter to Cell C in November last year, cancelled all contracts. and handed back the device at fourways.

only cancelled them, for obvious reason. 18 Ref numbers, including TT numbers, i have not had one call back, or update, and there is just no service in my area,

i cannot wait for them to call again.
