In Aug 2011 two of my cell c numbers contracts run out after 24 months. I did not upgrade but applied for an imigration to vodacom and cancelled the two accounts. The debit orders kept on running and i informed three rivers cell c that the contracts have not been cancelled. After three emails and 10 phonecalls i still get calls from cell c about acounts in arrears. I logged a complaint with cell c customer service and spoke to them 3 times whee they promised that someone will revert to me. They confirmed that on their system it shows that these two numbers were cancelled and imigrated... still nobody phoned me from cell c
