ACCOUNT HANDED OVER INCORRECTLY

Please can you assist me, i recieved an sms on the 25/06/2013 from Pholosa on behalf of Cell C stating that my Cell C account has been handed over for an outstanding amount of R1189.16 which is totally incorrect. My Contracts with Cell C were cancelled last year March 2012 and i have paid whatever balance was due according to the statement that I received from Cell C. Cell C will not cancel any contract if there are any outstanding payments. I also have confirmation from Cell C confirming my cancellation. Prior to this in 2010/2011 Cell C billed me incorrectly for an amount over R1000 which they could not provide me with details for. They threatened to hand me over but I advised them accordingly and Cell C then credited my account in August 2011. I have statements to prove this. I am sure that Cell C handed my account to Pholosa and after they credited my account they did not retrieve my file back. I just need a letter stating my contracts with Cell C have been cancelled and I do not owe any outstanding money.
