I cancelled my 2 contracts (due to lack of signal) on the 8th of Jan 2014 and paid the ridiculous premature termination penalties. With that I also requested a letter stating that the contracts have been cancelled.
On Monday I followed up as to where my letter is only to realise they never cancelled the contracts. This was then done in a hurry but I'm still trying to get a letter out of them.
How difficult is it to type a letter stating the contracts have been cancelled? I've tried multiple avenues to get the letter with no luck. I need this as a matter of urgency!
