Incompetant who needs to be spoon fed

On the 19th October 2013 I went to to Cresta Mall to have both my contracts with CellC cancelled, I lady named Janine assisted me in this Regard, I was advised that I need to give a 30day notice which I agreed to and that the last billing will be on the 30 November 2013. The form was then sent to the cancellations department of which to confirm that my contracts would be cancelled and no further billings after November, and then to my suprise I was still receiving airtime on my other contract, I than went back to CellC in cresta mall on the 24 December 2013 and the or rather the at cancellation advise that I was suppose to write both contract number beside each on the cancellation sheet nowhere on the sheet does it stupilate that, I had given my I'd nr when entered the shop they picked up both my contracts, so why the must I specify both numbers when my I'd numbers was once again specified, I had agreed to a 24 month contract and not any longer, i will not have my account deboted at the end of the month as you don't know what customer service is and clearly cannot read your systemsn should debitd be processed I will hold you liable for bank charges.
