I got 2 contracts, the one contract I upgraded in January for the special of R169.00 the upgrade is right but I get charged for a handset fee of R34.00 this was not the deal I signed I have been fighting with this branch for 3 months about this
The second contract total failure, upgraded at the same store, for the same deal, in May my BBM services was cut had to take out BBM to get it restored phone the branch and told them. ANd I was charged a handset rental fee 2 x Its now June and its still not corrected and my newest statement says I now owe 3 x handset rental fees I pay for BBM services and I am paying R221 instead of the R169 still not corrected by the branch
A total mess of my account and I am sitting with a bill of R600 if I dont pay it my services are cut regardless if its Vodacom fault its so unfair and I am struggling for 3 months.
