1st took contracts in Jan 2010, please refer to acc statement pg 2;I was invoiced pro-rata on 24 Jan 2010.I was due for an upgrade in Jan2012.I upgraded in 2011, Nov, please refer acc statement pg 1; my invoice amounts increased. This was my 22nd month, how can it then be said that I upgraded pre-maturely? Vodacom needs to track docs signed during the upgrade in 2011 at the Vodacom Hyde Park store. Not my concern docs were lost because of change of management. I am paying extra not Vodacom! The whole re-activation problem was in AUG 2012, refer pg 1 acc statement; R1180 paid to Vodacom. Acc credited R5966.Led to Vodacom only debiting acc in Nov 2012 as they owed me money. The 3 months that dont show payments;May 2012, June 2012&July 2012 were obviously paid up. Dec 2012, was invoiced R634.Told that my acc expires in Aug 2014.Where was this date sucked out of? To further substantiate: Please refer to the copy of the invoice: Handset fees on the S2&Galaxy Tab contract R314 incl. vat. (R314 (handset fees) R185 (Subscription Fees)) = R499; R314*24=R7536.Paying since Nov 2011-Oct 2013.R314*23=R7222.Where does the reasoning come in, why do I have to pay until August 2014.I will be paying double!
