I'm due for an upgrade and when I inquired about a new Samsung S4 I was informed that I need to complete alternative documentation in order for the consultant to motivate my request as I do not qualify for same. I there and then decided to cancel my contract as I'm not completing forms in order to proof that I can afford this phone. I got a contract from Vodacom immediately. I then tried to cancel my contract but couldn't recall my address at the time when I first opened this contract. This contract was taken out o.b.o. my mother who passed away. The lady (Pity I didn't take her name) confirmed all my details but refused to assist me further as I couldn't remember the address. I gave her all other details. She asked me to fax a cancellation letter, which I've been trying to do since last week. The faxed aren't going through. I tried to contact the cancellation department as well, but were kept holding on for 18 minutes and longer. I can not wait this long to be assisted.
Please assist me to cancel this contract with immediately effect as the contract end date is end June 2013.
