Taking money from account

I have 2 contracts with Cell C that expired middle of March. In the begining of March I sent through a letter to say Iwanted to cancel those contracts. At the end of March I noticed that a large amount of money was taken from my account by Cell C. On the 1st of April I phoned and spoke to a lady with the name Sibongile and she said they will temporarely block the sims as I dont have them anymore but I would have to phone the next day and speak to accounts department. I did phone back later and spoke to Patrick and he said I could not have my money back because I did not report that I dont have the sims anymore, but they would be blocked. He gave me a ref number and another department would have phoned me back. Still no call from them. End of May more than double that amount was taken off my acount AGAIN so I phoned AGAIN to see why those sims was not blocked Grace told me that the right department would phone me within 48hours. STILL NOTHING. I even went as far as to try and make contact with twitter, they asked for my contact details, but still nothing. What do I have to do to get these accounts blocked and stop paying for phone calls that I did not make!
