On the 25/09/2013 I went to vodacom centurion to cancel my contract, The consultant told me they need to call the call centre I took the phone number. The consultant gave me the no and when I got to my work I called them and ask for my settlement letter and I told the specific consultant I want to cancel my contract, after a couple of minute I received the settlement letter and I went to the vodacom shop in centurion and spoke to Nicole who assisted me and I made a payment with my credit card and the she told me if I want to cancel the contract she will fax for the the cancellation letter with the proof of payment to vodacom cancellation department. She then faxed the document and confirmed its was received and told me to call the call centre after 48hours to confirm cancellation. I made a call and the consultant confirm my contract was cancelled and I ask for the settlement letter and I was informed there is no settlement letter I can just use a name for future ref. On the 25/01/2014 I receive a call informing me my account is in arrears and about to be handed over, I didn't receive any communication since September2013 and I was informed that my contract is cancelled and number deleted
