Cancellation of contract


I have send an email on 11 Dec 13 wrt the cancelation of this contract. On 13 Dec 13 I received an email that a consultant will contact me within 2 full business days wrt this contract to date (23 Dec 13) I have not received any phone call at all. I want this contract cancelled immediately and I want my money back. I have not received the 2 Gig that I am supposed to receive on 01 Dec 13. I went to Cell C Long Beach Mall on 13 Dec 13 and spoke to the manager Mr Gareth Martheze, he told me that they could not find my contract and that they don't know where it is and he also informed me that the cell number 0846288836 is being "hot line" that is why I didn't received the 2 Gig. UNDER THE CPA LAW I WILL CANCEL THIS CONTRACT DUE TO MISREPRESENTATION
