I received my new BB 9900 Bold in Nov 2012 and then 3 months later the phones software crashed, i took it in at Mtn Polokwane Service Centre and they send it away for whatever. I was told that this would take a week or 2 at most, they said they will send me a new phone as it was seen as a "out of box fail". Two weeks passed and still no one could give me a answer, they then said it has been approved and I will get a new BB 9900 Bold but Mtn Polokwane said I must phone Mtn Direct myself and tell them to send me a new phone. This took another 2 weeks and then i finally got my phone.
Then my second BB 9900 Bold had 6 other problems with it, so I did the same I took it to Plk Cervice centre but this time i told them I don't want this type of handset due to the quality of it (I am not the only one complaining) Polokwane mtn said they will inform me of the progress. today (10/06/2013) it will be week 3 again without knowing what is happening i have made calls and send a number of emails. they said they will be sending me the same new handset but i told them i will not accept it because i cant wait 4 weeks every time this type of handset breaks down.
Phone quality and service is poor!!!
