I am very disappointed at the staff in Jwayelani in Pinetown, hill street opposite A5, they advertise that you buy 3 for R20, but the advetiment was pasted on the spookies,
I took them as there were small words written over and the price was big, I pay for that, when Im by the security I have stopped then check my slip, there was no discount, I ask the security to go in and have a look on the advertisement, that where I realise its written Frimax, I went to a gentlemen that was there I think he is a manager, I explained to him that I would like to do a refund on the spookies that I have purchased, it's a false advertisement on them, he didn't apologies he just looked at me as a fool and said what was advitised, I said the advertisement is on the spookies but it written frimax, he rudely said yes frimax not spookies, he then on the radio call another person, that person came, he did not greet, he said yebo and looked at me in a funny way, I told him a that I want to do a refund,
He did a refund for me but, people from that shop need training for customer service, they need to learn how to treat customers. I am very disappointed.
