Poor feedback

I took a days leave on the 23/09/2013 to book a Samsung tablet in for repair at Altech Autopage Midrand. They are not open on weekends and i thought the whole process will go quicker. This item is one of three contracts i have with Altech. I also have insurance with Altech on all 3 contracts.
I always have to phone them to get feedback on the progress of this repair. All the people i speak to promises to get back to me with an answer but never do (11 in total). I phoned again this morning for the umpteenth time. The lady promised to get back to me with an answer.
We are now approaching week 8 since the devise was booked in.
