I took out a data contract for a samsung tablet first week in July from MTN corporate. I got an sms early hours of friday morning 05/07 confirming delivery on that day in Cape Town. I phoned them on friday afternoon to confirm a delivery time after which Ayanda said that it is on the truck and she cannot give me a specific time I just need to wait or give my supporting docs to someone in the office (what type of security is that!). I then waited until 16:45 on friday and no one phoned. Gave them time until yesterday afternoon and decided to phone again, Ayanda then confirmed delivery was done at 9am on friday and a Cheslin signed for it. I don't know anybody with that name and that person also did not have my supporting docs! I went hunting for a Cheslin here at Sanlam and could not find such a person, phoned Ayanda again who said I need to speak to the supervisor Kevin after which the phone died, phoned again and I was told Kevin is on a phone call, left an urgent msg for call back and am still waiting for his call! Contacted RTT couriers myself yesterday afternoon and spoke to Nora who told me they need to get hold of the driver. I am still waiting for feedback!
