Samsung's bad service

I went to the Samsung walk in repair centre because my Tablet 2 had no power-that was on Saturday, 20 May 2013. I was then helped by the on site technician, Evans, who told me that my device needed a new motherboard, that had to be ordered from somewhere, so he booked the device in. He also told me that it would take one to four working days to fix it. On Monday, 29April, l phoned them to find out on the progress of my tablet. From then onward, the headach started- l spoke to Evans again, who promised to get back to me after a while. Needless to say, l'm still waiting for that call. During the course of the week of the 29th of April, until the 3rd of May, l have been trying unsuccessfully to get a proper answer from them. I phoned them numerous times, eight times on Thursfay, 2May, every time i was transfered to someone else, until the call was dropped. Out of frustration, l went to the shop myself on Friday, 4May, where l was promised again by Evans that the device was on its way to the store, but he could nit give me a time. I then left, with the promise that they would deliver it later on Friday still. Well, it's Monday today and guess what, no tablet yet, no manager also!!!
