Having problem getting confirmation of graduation

I've completed my qualification end 2012 and have been trying to get somebody to confirm graduation. To date I have received no answer.
I phoned the number that is given on the Unisa website (0124294187) on 2 April 2x but nobody answered the phones.
On 4 April a lady answered and said I must phone 0124415536. I phoned but there was no answer.
I phoned 0124415536 again on 8 April. Nobody answered.
On 11 April I phoned 0124415536 again and there was still no answer. I tried 0124294187 again and then the lady said I must now phone 0124415571/5575. I phoned both numbers 2x during the day but there was no answer.
On 15 April I phoned both numbers but the phone just goes dead, does not even ring anymore.
I phoned 0124294187 again and then they gave me 0124415701 and 5545 to phone. I phoned the numbers and there is also no answer.

Can someone please direct me to someone to contact that can actually help me.
