Bought a diary from CUM, it was the wrong one so I returned it or tried to return it. The product was still sealed / unopened and I had the invoice. I explained to the manager that I was looking for a Joyce Meyer diary which they did not have instock. I also told her that I've already phoned all the other branches in Pretoria and that it was out of stock everywhere so I asked for a refund because they did not have the product that I wanted and that Graffiti books were the only supplier that had. The manager was very rude. She did not believe my story and phoned all the Pretoria CUM branches instead only to find out that I was telling the truth. She did not want to give me a refund only a voucher. If CUM is a Christian store why wouldn't they give back my money? No they'll give you a voucher to force you to spend the money at their shop. It's not about helping the customer it's about making money. Will never buy from them again! And that manager lady was so rude she lacked people skills and is a disgrace to the Christian community.
