The worst service ever received from MTN, my fone is lost and I called MTN to have the hand set blocked to my surprise they cant block cos the number of the sim I supplied is not the number that was last used in that fone. Why could the fone not be blocked cos I gave all the details they wanted and since when can a fone not be blocked by just using the IMEI number?? I want to block the hand set and the sim card, clearly MTN cannot provide a service and this is the reason why I cancelled my contract with them.
