September 2011 I applied for a cell contract. I was offered a Nokia smart phone on a top-up contract. Once the parcel arrived it contained a Blackberry which I didn't want nor ordered. I called Elite Mobile to cancel the contract and they made arrangements to collect the contract parcel. A courier arrived nearly a month later, collected the parcel and left a copy of the waybill. 21 Months later Elite Mobile still collects R135 per month for a contract I never accepted, now they even want to upgrade this non existing, yet paid in full, contract! The bug now get passed to Vodacom by Elite Mobile, saying they never received the parcel. Since the initiation of this alleged contract I have never received a single bill or any receipt of any of the 21 payments made!!!
