Cancellation of my fone, no upgrade

On July i was suppose to upgrade my other fone so i decided not to, it took maybe a moth to be cancelled but to my surprise i still receive messages from Nashua on the fone and even calls and the fone is under my wife's name .i would like Nashua to stop there irregularities as its a major problem now.i would like the number below to be checked once more and verified as I'm sick and tired now of always complaining and going to the branch office.please update me regarding the issue
