Promised free Flight Tickets - then break deal

I bought 2 x Z10's on the day they were realeased at Vodaworld in Midrand.
I was promised 2 free covers - turned out they had no stock but they would phone me when stock arrived.
Till today some 3 months later I have still not received my covers.
SECONDLY
They gave me the 2 free flight vouchers (one for each phone).
Firstly they only supply a fax number and postal address for communication.
Secondly they RESTRICT when you can fly.
Thirdly you have to book at least a month in advance (when the rest of South Africa can book 5 minutes before a flight leaves).
Finally you cannot even choose a destination or dates and times of departure and arrival??? First choice Cape Town and second choice??? 2000km away. Wow what choice!!
I have travelled 3 times to Cape Town since receiving these vouchers and not once have I been able to use the vouchers.
NOW THAT IS A IF I EVER HEARD OF ONE.
They never once mentioned it is restricted to British Airways or that a month advance booking is required.
Check out my other Hellopeter complaint on how this phone cost me R400, 000.00 in business. Unfortunately it is the same supplier and I have wait 5 days on Hellopeter.com to make it.
