On 16 December 2012 I flew with my children (aged 23 months and 3 years) to Cape Town. I arrived 45 minutes before the time, but was told the flight is overbooked and I need to take the next flight. This was a major inconvenience for me as I had two small children on my own to control until the next flight arrived. For this 'inconvenience' we each received a R400 voucher.
So, I need to fly to Cape Town in March and wanted to use my voucher, but was told that I can't use it with my Vitality discount. So guess what, the flight is cheaper with my Vitality discount than to use your voucher. I asked if I can use all three vouchers for one flight, but I can't because it's in my children's names who will probably not fly before 16 December 2013 which means the vouchers will expire.
So, not only did you inconvenience me on 16 December by bumping me off a flight. Your vouchers are useless to me.
