VOYAGER SEATS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE! WAITING LISTING ONLY!
We always have problems to book a flight using our miles, with SAA.
Last time I was trying to book my grandmother flight before my miles expires and SAA cancelled her ticket so she was left alone in Joburg! IN THE END I NEEDED TO PAY FOR A ROUND TICKET FROM MY POCEKT OR SHE WAS GOING TO BE WAITING THERE! THEY DROPED MY TIER TO BLUE!
This time we are trying to make the booking months in advance via online but we gave up after trying for days (ONLINE OR PHONE) so needed to drive to your Cape Town Int airport office.
Even if we try to book a year in advance the Voyager seats still show as not available!!!
The problem we are facing is that the seats are NOT AVAILABLE FOR VOYAGERS YET SO THERE'RE SEVERAL FLIGHTS IN "WAIT LIST"!
We need your urgent attention to assist us to confirm these flights so I can book the local flights as I can only do it after yours.
