Returning from the 2 Oceans this year on April 1 we were April Fools when my wife and I amongst quite a few other very annoyed customers were bounced from our flight home due to a knock on effect from previous flights. I subsequently wrote a long complaint feedback directly on the BA system which has never had the courtesy of a reply! We were all fobbed off at cape town Airport with 1 way flight vouchers to use in the future. General public out there... this is where the real story starts. These courtesy vouchers aren't even worth the ink cost on them!! So you would like to use them for a trip to Cape Town for the 2 oceans next year... HaHaHa flight availability on that route is none, nada, zero in 2014, we will even extend the voucher to be able to use the none existant availability for these useless pieces of paper. BRITISH AIRWAYS thanks for your amazing service and customer care. no reply to formal complaints on your system. useless vouchers and of course for ruining our weekend back in April.
