On the 29 May 2013 I went on the MTN website & applied for a contract cell phone, within 10 minutes MTN direct contacted me & verified all my details. I did not have my banking details & the agent that assisted me said he would contact me the following day for my banking details, which he did. A credit check was done & within 10 minutes he contacted me again to tell me the contract had been approved. The Friday morning the courier RTT delivered my cell phone with all the paper work. So i just want to say thank you to MTN for their quick & sufficient service that they gave me & not to forget the friendly service of the courier guys of RTT. KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE GUYS...!!!
