I am unable to make outgoing calls and send sms's from my virgin mobile pay as you go. Whenever I phone into the customer service number, i get through to someone who then puts me through to technical, I either wait 30 mintues for no answer or get cut off. I have gone to their website and sent 2 queries with no response. I find this frustrating and unacceptable! It is cheaper enough to and by another sim with another service proveder. Some response would be good.
